PPP-4-NOREGISTER: NCP not registered, protocol = 0

On a uBR7111, I get the message "PPP-4-NOREGISTER: NCP not registered, protocol = 0. Anyone have a solution

The errors you see in the log are the result of a bug in the IOS you are running. The associated bug id is CSCin29946. "%PPP-4-NOREGISTER: NCP not registered, protocol = 0 msg on reboot."
