I describe my scenario:
3660 <----> 7206VXR <-----> 2691
From 3660 to 7206 I have a ATM link in which there is PPP multilink activate with ip address.
From 2691 to 7206 I have a frame relay link with PPP multilink activate.
From 3660 to 2691 there isn't authentication CHAP or PAP or tunnelling.
In these links there is EIGRP enabled.
Now, I discovered that between 3660 and 2691 there is "service=ppp" activated and by EIGRP the 3660 learns route through the 7206 interface directly linked to 2691.
When I disable ip unnumbered ATM3/0 on virtual-template interface the routing came back normal and the virtual interface "service=ppp" is getting "protocol=lcp".
After a C2691 interface shutdown the 7206 has reloaded and the situation has returned normal.
Why ?
There are any bugs on 7206?
The IOS release is 12.2(12b).
