Hi

The preferred route will be always the directly connected route (under the local interfaces). Because it is considered as administrative distance zero, now a static route (by default) has administrative distance of 1 and the dynamic routing protocols has different administrative distance than 1.

A router will always prefer the directly connected networks first over other same routes. The following link can be useful:

1) Directly Connected Route  - a prefix- network that is actually applied  to an interface on the rtr-switch

2) Static Route  - a manually entry of a route on the rtr-switch so it. can forward traffic for a certain network

3) Dynamic Route - a route learned by the rtr - switch from a routing protocol
