Problem with csr1000v booting and startup console using gns3 in windows 10 environment and VirtualBOX oracle.

Dear all, 

I am facing problem to start consol of csr1000v from gns3 with VM. 

In screen sort you can find the problem i have . 

I am using windows 10.

i have this problem too
i think is ram memory but not secure..
