Public IP access inside

i have cisco router 1921. i config nat "  ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.2.4 80 a.b.c.d 80 extenable " my site excess outside with url .  but when i access the this site inside with url it con't be access. what is the solution expect entry in host file or DNS. i want to solve this problem through some entry in Router

The best solution would be to create host entry in DNS "example.domain.com"
1. internal DNS: record with 192.168.20.40 IP address
2. public DNS: record with public IP address x.y.w.z

You'll be able to reach web server on the very same way (same url address http://example.domain.com) regardless of client location (inside or outside of the company).
Even better: traffic won't consume router resources when client would be in a same network segment with a server.
