will be doing QinQ on a cisco 4k router.
saw this feature was added on IOS-XE 16.12.1

but it's only available using NIM-ES module.

is there an option for fiber port?
will QinQ work on a NIM 1GE-CU-SFP or 2GE-CU-SFP? or is this only a WAN module?
