To provide an example, you would need to mention your WAN devices and their installed IOS (QoS features and capabilities vary).
Is your proposed model good? That's hard to say without knowing your network application's service requirements. There also other things such as whether your video is real-time or streaming. Was your priority for voice just for bearer traffic or for bearer and signalling traffic? What codecs are your voice and video going to use? Any bulk traffic? Etc.
