Question about 891 capabilities

I am new to cisco routers.  We currently have a Kentrox q2300.

This router has 1 ethernet wan port, and 4 ethernet lan ports.

The wan interface is assigned 209.x.186.46 / 30

The isp is routing the following 2 subnets to us: 209.x.188.64 / 27,  63.x.246.208 / 28

Lan Port 1-3 are on VLAN 1 and assigned 209.x.188.65

Lan Port 4 is a separate VLAN and assigned 63.x.246.209

Can the Cisco 891 replicate this functionality?

My vendor's tech support guy said this could not be done on the 891 and we would need to get a Cisco 1941 with HWIC-2FE cards to be able to route the second subnet.

Well, here is the data sheet for the 891. I don't see any show stoppers.

HWIC-2FE is a card with two FastEthernet routed port.  The 891 has one GigabitEthernet routed port (WAN port) plus an 8-port Layer 2-only (2960) FastEthernet switch and supports up to 14 VLANs (including default).

You can configure routing on the 891 and allow traffic to traverse between 63.x.246.209 and 209.X network.

So the answer is, YES.   Just make sure during your purchase, you want to include IP Services feature set (which allows routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, etc).
