I need to setup a FR connection and would like some guidance. In a normal situation, I would like to know who provides the DLCI information, is it by the service provider or the customer

provides it to the SP ?

SP should provide DLCI numbers, cause they are know all about there FR switch, but you just customer who will use some resource of there switch
