Redirect user to logon spalsh page

Is it possible to have a user enter in a user name and password to access the internet on a cisco 800 series router? 

Say they open IE and type www.google.com and before they get access to the web they get redirected to a plash page for logon credentials.

If it cant be done on an 800 series router, what would be the recommended device for this?

Hello

I think Web Based Authentication is what your looking for, I dont think sure 800 series supports it.
