Hi,
Can you change the wireshark display filter to
eth.addr eq xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx ( where is XX are your phone mac address)
Then lets see if the dhcp server sends the offers etc

Hi,
So the DHCP server is responding.
It is sending the offer for MAC 00:08:5d:91:79:e7
to a cisco device 10.34.11.254
The offer shows that the IP add 10.34.10.26 is for the client
Does the device 10.34.11.254 ( I assume a router) have an
arp entry for MAC 00:08:5d:91:79:e7
Is the mac in the correct VLAN etc

hi Alex,
Yes it's a router.
I cant manage the router , only our provider can. But when i get this problem, the provider try to clear the router arp cache. but we still have the problems...

Hi,
As you have no access to the router, I can
only suggest that you raise a case with the SP.
Send then the last traces you showed here.
Explain that your devices are not receiving the
DHCP offers that the server end is sending.
Hope this helps

Alex
