Router CISCO2911/K9

Hi,

I bought a CISCO2911/K9 Router, but I need to use voice in it. When I use the Show Version command I see don't have license for UC. The correct PN to use voice is the CISCO2911-V/K9. My question is the follow: I need buy a new Router with the correct PN or I just need  buy license for UC ?

You just need to buy the UC license.

hi,

the CISCO2911-V/K9 have voice license bundled on it.

you don't need to buy a separate UC license.

Ok, I understood, but my router have PN CISCO2911/K9  and not CISCO2911-V/K9. Don't have license for UC and PVDM to use voice channel.
