Hello @AKK ,

on ASR 1000 Cisco VRF is the equivalent of a routing instance of type virtual router in Juniper JUNOS. Logical systems means a form of virtualization of the device that has no equivalent in Cisco world.   Just to make an example ASR 9000 or other carrier grade CSR nodes running IOS XR can be partitioned in multiple logical nodes, but it is more hardware related in comparison to Juniper logical systems you assign linecards or group of ports to a logical node.

2) as explained by @paul driver  you can trace the state of multiple next-hops in PBR

Hope to help

Giuseppe
