Ensure your firmware release will support this one to one NAT. The problem was that, before the 2.0.13 release of the RV016's firmware, the RV016 was unable to perform NAT on subnets other than the one on which the RV016 resided. After the firmware upgrade, everything worked as expected thanks to the new feature on the setup page that allows a user to specify multiple subnets behind the lan side of the exterior rv016.
