we see errors incrementing on our gig interface connected to router ,this is our mpls circuit and ethernet handoff. Provider had fiber till demarcation point and and terminated on media converter .Provider tested their fiber connectivity and found no issues and vendor tested customer cable connectivity from demarc and found no issues.
any help is appreciated.

Hi,
1) Check for fiber signal loss , look like fiber attenuation at your end (before connecting to media converter).
2) ensure speed & duplex settings at both provider & your end are same , similarly for MTU settings .
3) though i see more runt & reliability not good , suspecting issue at physical layer .
terminated on media converter .Provider tested their fiber connectivity and found no issues and vendor tested customer cable connectivity from demarc and found no issues.
