Shape average question

Hi All.

A customer of mine is trying to configure shape-avarage on a policy map to 200M.

The maximum shape avarage the IOS is letting him configure is 154.4/

The IOS image at use is c3825-adventerprisek9-mz.124-6.T6.bin

Have anyone encountered such a problem??

Can you post output from the CLI? What is the interface bandwidth set to?

My first thought is that you are hitting the 75% limit on the interface. If your bandwidth is set to 200M on the interface, you'll only be able to shape out to 75% of the bandwidth by default which is 150Mb. You can change this by setting "max-reserved-bandwidth 100" on the interface and then you should be able to shape to 100% of the interface bandwidth. As Daniel stated, if you're still having issues after this, please post the config of the interface and your policy.
