The only configuration I found so far is at Cisco:

I am looking for examples as well since I plan to replace a netopia router by the Cisco 828.

So, any ideas are more than welcome.

I got this example from a provider. Obviously it has some mistakes with the access-class. But for the rest I think you can see how to configure the router.
