I have enabled ip accounting on a Cisco 7613 router interface and ip account-threshold in global configuration. When I perform the "show ip accounting" command the table is empty! I can see that traffic is flowing across the interface, but my accounting table is still empty. Attached is the show version, partial configuration with the IP accounting information, and the output from "show ip accounting". I've enabled ip accounting on various platforms in the past without issues, but never on a 7613. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello David,
a Cisco 7613 performs multilayer switching in hardware so you cannot expect to be able to see IP flows using ip accounting: it is not a software based router.
You should use netflow on it to get information about IP flows that are routed via the device (or bridged)

Hope to help
