Hi,

I have two router( A and B) and these two rotuers are connected with two separate E1.My data will pass from B's ehternet interface to another router's interface( C). The address of C's ethernet is x.x.x.193/224 and B's ehternet interface's Ip is x.x.x.194/252. I am to spit the rest 28 ip in to three blocks and have to use from rotuer A . Can you provide me the the static routing for this? If you have any idea except multilink then advise me ASAP.

TIA

Hi,

You can use 2 static routes for the same destination but with different next-hop or outgoing interface, if they have the same AD the traffic will be load-shared(per-packet or per-destination according to the packet forwarding method you are using), and if you required one path to primary and the other to be secondary you just increase the AD of the backup one.

Please don't hesitate for any further questions.

Mohammed Mahmoud.
