Friends,
Attached topology.
Centre A has an active internet line and Centre B has active internet line
Centre A will acts a primary path for pool 1, 2 and secondary path path for pool 3
Centre B will act as primary path for pool 3 and secondary path for pool 1,2
I have 3 Public ip blocks advertised to the same provider from 2 different sites. At any point of time, all 3 LAN pools should be advertised to the the internet provider from both the hub sites. The provider will tweak the Local preference to prefer as per customer requirement.
These IP blocks belong to the provider.
We have an L3 MPLS backdoor connection
When the LAN pool is advertised from the remote site, it traverse via MPLS with public AS and then hub site advertise to internet AS
AS overrride enabled on MPLS cloud.
The internet provider refuse to accept the public IP pool when they see MPLS AS in the as-path.
I have no way to aggregate the pools at the AS that connects to internet
if i locally originate the prefix at the AS that connects to internet using static to bgp it will affect the auto failover
if i tunnel between the sites and run GRE to build iBGP session directly between the CE, it will complicate the setup.
pls let me know if any other way is there.

Hello,
You have mentioned that as-override is enabled. MPLS AS should be removed. Am I missing something?

AS override enabled on MPLS PEs
they rewrite the 65076 AS to 18101
pls note: all 3 centers run AS 65076 , MPLS AS is 18101 and Internet AS is 4755

Does your MPLS service provider offer l2 service? With layer 2 service, your SP AS will not be included in the as-path.
