Hello Ozhan,
A bus error generally means that the CPU tried to access a memory location that is not physically accessible. In most cases, this is a problem of the operating system. You are running the 12.4(4)XC7 version which is quite old and in furthermore, it is a special branch of IOS that was created only to implement and test a particular enhancement feature, and this feature was then reintegrated back into the 12.4 or 12.4T train at some time later.
I therefore strongly recommend to upgrade to the newest 12.4 or 12.4T IOS in a particular feature set that fits your memory and FLASH resources, and see whether the problem is resolved.
Best regards,
Peter
