TFTP configuration on a 2811 router

hi,

happy new year every one,

i have a bunch of 2811 routers in my lab, and i am trying make one of my 2811 router to act as a tftp server, i have copied the required files and enable tftp on the flash but i am not able to copy the files to my other routers using tftp,

any help will be vreatly appreciated,

I am glad that you are making progress in getting the TFTP to work and in understanding the limitations of the implementation of TFTP in IOS. I believe that it will be easier to accomplish what you are trying to do if you get some device other than your router to function as your TFTP server. There are many implementations of TFTP that could work for you and some of them are free software.

i thank you very much for all your help, i am planning to get a seperate device to act as a tftp server, but for the timebeing may be for 2 - 3 months i have to make it work with the router,

still on ething is not cleared,

can't i write back to the tftp server.
