If the WAN link is over utilize then the first thing that I would suggest is to enable NetFlow on the interface. Using NetFlow you should be able to identify the main type of traffic on the interface. Once you know what is the main type of traffic on the interface then you could find a way to control that type of traffic.

thank you sir but what point should we check in netflow to bring the utilization upto normal value and whats the limit of normal value

The answers to your question are very dependent on your particular environment. Certainly determining what is normal is something that only you can determine. If you determine that the WAN is over utilize then your alternatives are in several categories:
- perhaps you can eliminate some of the traffic (perhaps there is some syslog data being sent over the WAN and maybe you do not need that traffic over the WAN)
- perhaps you can reduce some of that traffic (perhaps there is a network monitoring system that is sending probes every 5 seconds and maybe you could change that to probe once a minute which would reduce the traffic)
- perhaps you can change routing so that some of the traffic is sent some way different from this WAN link)
- perhaps you can apply QOS so that the important traffic is less impacted and the less important traffic is slowed down.

This link provides access to many resources which will explain use of NetFlow
