Traceroute bouncing on same device

Hello all,

Having trouble with a route to one of my branch networks over my WAN. Traceroute is just bouncing around on our 4500 even though there is a static route configured on it. Any idea why?

As Georg mentioned please share the configuration from both devices. Usually when there is a loop the packet hops between 2.

Is this AS 7018 on your side or ISP side?

Its our 4500

The trace is ran from one of our branch routers to another branch. The loop is at our main site which is a hop between the two branches. Which config do you need? The trace source and 4500 where the trace is looping?
