unable to establish communication b/w computers connected by 2 routers

hello guys,

Newbie here. I have been trying static routing for my lab and I'm unable to establish communication b/w computers connected to different routers. i have established routes for both the routers and they are showing up in the routing table but communication is not going through. I'm attaching the zip file, any help or pointers would be appreciated.

ip routing

on the routers.

@anishdynamites  the only thing I have found missing is the IP address for Router2 on

interface Gi0/0

I put the ip address

192.168.3.1

and it is pinging now.
