Unable to ping devices apart from routers connected to the multiuser connection node.

Hi all, I am having issues pinging components outside of the routers that are directly connected to the Multiuser Connection node. I've already set up a DNS service in the HQ network and have assigned a DNS IP address to the DHCP server pools as well as all other relevant devices. I'm only able to ping from routers directly connected to the Multiuser Connections to routers that are directly connected to the Multiuser Connection. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, 

We found out it was a wrong ip on one of our switches so after changing that everything worked.
