under show controller serial what does sdma mpsc mean

I know that mpsc is a multi protocol serial controller, and that the sdma is an interface, but i am unsure of what all the other parts of those fields mean.

This interface never hit the tx limit. The "y" count is the number of times we exceeded the tx limit. "x" is the count of tx ring entries used and the middle number 60 is the allowed maximum tx packet in tx queue. Unless we know that the hold-queue is holding some packets or we are limited to one packet at a time on the tx ring (in case of congestion) and

the tx ring is not empty, we will not queue the packet to hold-queue.tx enqueued is the number of packets qued for transmission
