Understanding ASR 1001-X "Tracking only" line items

Guys what does Tracking Only line item for ASR provide ? What exactly will "ASR1K-MSP: ASR1k - Managed Services - Tracking only"  provide me ? Looking for a Perimeter router, with MPLS, BGP and DCI function such as OTV, LISP and VXLAN.

Seems to me that its for Cisco's internal info for analytics only.

Note: Although a selection must be made, the choice of Application Part Number has no effect on the Cisco ASR 1000 Series Routers. This part number is only used for Cisco internal tracking purposes in order to better understand the customer use cases for the platform.
