thanks but the message was that I was making an external connection from another computer

Hello,

which device (e.g. ISR4331) are you trying to access ? Which IOS version are you running ? Could be related to the cypher algorithm you have configured. Post the running config of the device that generates this error...

thanks the error was corrected the message was shown when entering by ssh from another computer
