VPN Connection to Specific Server Drops

Hallo All,

Whenever I connect to a specific server (just this one particular one) via VPN, the connection is dropped but this doesn't happen when I connect directly via LAN. I'd appreciate your input on what could be the possible reason for this. By the way, no firewall is blocking traffic.

 - Is the VPN terminated on the server, if then check the logs on the server related to networking and vpn -connections. If there is an intermediate 'vpn service/server' then the same actions would apply on that device.
