'webui' directory wont delete from ASR1001-x

I'm attempting to reset an ASR1001-x and I am able to clear everything besides a directory called 'webui'. delete /force /recursive doesn't do the job. After every attempt to delete I get the message <file or directory does not exist> Is there any solution to this by chance? 'webui' does still appear when I input 'dir all.

 - Exactly  what 'format' of the delete command was used (fully) ; did you for instance name the directory in the delete command ?
