what ios for 827-4v is right and working normaly from 12.4 level?

pls answ to me, what ios for 827-4v from 12.4 can i use for IPSEC+ddns?

i tested some from 12.4 but normaly working only 12.3(26)GD, but i want ddns feature? some from 12.4 is working with tracebacks, other is not loading - with error (loadprog: error - program section linked to illegal address)

How much memory do you have?  The 827-4v comes default with 24 MB of DRAM.  These 12.4 images require 48 MB of DRAM.

To answer your question more completely, there are two tools available on cisco.com that help in identifying IOS image that are supported on specific hardware and with specific features.

They are the feature navigator tool:

And Software Advisor:

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/Fusion/FusionHome.do

Using these tools I figured out that this router is EOL.

The last date of support was May 31, 2010.

As a result of the system going EOL support for it would fall out of newer IOS code.

Using either of the feature and software tools you will see that the last 12.4 image supporting this hardware with the IPSEC and Dynamic DNS features would be 12.4(5c) IP/FW/VOICE PLUS 3DES feature set or image name   c820-k9osv6y6-mz.124-5c.bin

You should replace the hardware with equipment that continues to be supported as it is obsolete.
