customer using 3560x with C3KX-NM-1G module, the question is: what is maximum length of fiber cable supported? Thank you

That's not an easy question to answer.  

First, you need to know what kind of SFP the client is using:  SH, LH, ZX, ER, etc. 

Next, you need to consider the thickness of the cable:  OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4.

As Leo notes, varies much per technology.  However, for maximums, for your own fiber strand, with SM fiber, about 70 KM with ZX optics.  If you use DWDM technology, you have "unlimited" distance (if using regeneration).
