Hello,
I'm not sure, where I should use graceful restart and where not. Please help me with GR for OSPF, BGP and LDP configuration for the network shown
In my Example we have one distribution area with 2 Switches using FHRP and connected on L3 routed link to each other and core switches in a squad. Core Switches are connected to multiple distribution areas build on VSS/StackWise Virtual plattform (one RP pro chassis) using MEC. For each L3 Link we have OSPF neighborship in the same area with NSF. Between Loopbacks of each logical switch (VSS counts as 1) and each core switch there is LDP session with session protection. Core Switches are used as BGP RR and each logical switch has a BGP session with each core switch. All Switches are Cat6K and Cat9K
For the BGP session between Core and non-VSS switches I disabled GR, because non of them has redundant RP.
What do you think about my GR configuration? -Should I change something or is it optimal configuration?
