I have an urgent problem with the Cisco aironet AIR-AP1852I-E-K9C the problem is:
The access point has two SSIDs
1- SSID for Employee
2- SSID for Guest
The firste SSID works without any problems
But the second one works only with mobile phones but it appears and get masked randomly for laptops
We Can find WIFI of the SSID Guest in moment T and we can be connected but it despear after that.
Can you please give us more informations about this problem

Hello,
are you using the default Guest SSID ? Can you post the configuration of your AP ?
You might want to enable RF Optimization, as this might be related to radio frequency signal coverage. Check the attached documet for details (scroll down to the 'Optimizing RF Parameters' section):

Is there a difference in SSID settings ? Post the config of your AP if possible...

Hello,
are you using Cisco Mobility Express ?
If not, you can download it here (for the 1850i):
The first thing I would try is to select 'Low Density' from the RF Optimization drop-down list. This will automatically set the tx (transmit) power of your device to 'highest'.

We have alrady the Mobility express in our AP,
Can you give us how to activate RF Optimization with CLI , for your information we have seted the Transmit Power of our AP in 16dBm is it in the heighest level ?

I don't think there is an equivalent in the CLI for that setting. You need to use the GUI...
