Applcation-Aware-Routing is working incorrectly

I am using version 20.1.6, with cEdge ISR4331. I deploy AAR follow this guide:

My policy is prefer windows share file (dest port 445) on Internet tunnel.

I setup like this:

If I check by simulate function, it is ok:

For other port than 445, traffic is load-balanced:

But when I test copy data by window share file between 2 sites, I see the traffic is still load-balanced. I checked it on other NMS then I am sure about that:

And when I try to shutdown the MPLS tunnel Interface then speed is good, it really only transport via Internet tunnel:

How can I fix it, guys ?
