Cisco SDWAN Catalyst 8000v failed to install hseck9

Hi all.

I have Cisco Catalyst 8000v running software version 17.4.2 in controller mode. I am trying to install SLAC for HSECK9 with offline method. I've successfully copy the reservation code file into the router. But when I tried to install the reservation, i got error response that says "Import data failed. Signature verification failed". I verified the md5 and it comes out ok. Do any of you guys have experience regarding this condition? Thank you.

Can you please let me know if it's a Router Export DNA or HSEC Device Specific license?
What are your Smart Account and Virtual Account?

Did you follow the Offline Method Process stated in this public document?

Hi Eric.

Its a Router Export DNA, sorry for the confusion. I already follow the Offline Method Process in the link you shared, but when I try to install the authorization code, I got "Import Data Failed. Signature Verification Failed" response on the Cat8kv CLI. 

Smart Account: cimbniaga.co.id / Virtual Account: DEFAULT
