DIA without NAT new feature

I understand NAT is no longer mandatory for DIA interface?  Any info?  What version of code?  I cant find any documentation on it...

Can you share more information about the case that you are trying to achieve? 

However, Route Leaking Between Global VRF and Service VPNs is supported from 20.3 onwards.
