Error When generating CSR on vManage

Trying to generate CSR from vManage after installing root-ca. Getting error seen below. 

running 18.4.5 version. I have rebooted many times with no change. 

How can you wipe out all cert related stuff from vmanage and start over if no one has a fix?

Root cert was installed, must not have successfully installed which caused this issue.
