Evaluation of Incompletely Defined SLA Classes in SD-WAN

I am studying the topic of Application Aware Routing and specifically the topic of SLAs. After doing extensive research, I couldn't find answers to one of my doubts:

If an SLA class is defined halfway (for example, specifying the parameters of latency and jitter but leaving the loss field empty), how are the tunnel performances evaluated? Is the loss parameter still used (perhaps because there is a default value if not provided by the user), or is it completely ignored? In the latter case, would only latency and jitter be considered in the calculations?

Can you please share a reference to some cisco documentation that explain this thing?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

all of three are required fields, you can't leave it empty i.e you can't create SLA class w/o loss information.

HTH,
