Forwarding Class in Centralized Data Policy - SDWAN

I want to assign forwarding class/QOS Map to application list in Centralized data Policy. I see an option in traffic policy in Centralized Policy-->traffic Policy-->traffic data-->sequence type QOS--match application list and accept forwarding class. However, I dont see any way of creating forwarding class in centralized policy. Has anybody tried it?

Forwarding Class

Assign a forwarding class to matching data packets.

In the Match conditions, click Forwarding Class. In the Forwarding Class field, type the class value, which can be up to 32 characters long.
