I can not access GUI after the configuration of Vmanage. Help

Hi, help please, i have configure Vmanage but i can not access GUI, i have enter this address https://192.168.140.135:8443

I have create the second disk but i dont know what's going on...

Are you using default user name password? Please create new password and login through GUI using new password.

Booting is taking more time. Since Vmanage was 1 hours ago I don't know if this behavior is normal. I am using the version 18.4

18.4 will not take much time for boot. What is allocation of RAM?

4 GB, if I upgrade it to 16GB the boot is not taking place .
