In Viptela,Load balancing between two devices ?

In Viptela, I have two sdwan devices where ISP-A is connected to SDWAN-1 and where ISP-B is connected to SDWAN-2 and TLOC extension between SDWAN-1 and SDWAN-2.  Purposely i made SDWAN-1 as primary router and SDWAN-2 as secondary router. 

Question - Does load balance will done on sdwan-1  where ISP-A and TLOC extension on sdwan-1 ?

Is your SD-WAN Branch design similar with this picture ?

If yes, Correct Load Balance will done through both colors.
