Issue with control connection

Hi all,

I have a Cisco hosted and managed SDWAN controllers and trying to add up a new router C8200. I am directly connecting internet link on routers which means public IP on interfaces. 

system config is good, defined vBond IP manually.

interfaces up both tunnel and physical, I can ping 8.8.8.8 which means internet is reachable.

show SDWAN local properties gives both interfaces as UP.

show control connections shows vBond connectivity up

show SDWAN control connection history gives vBond connectivity in connect state with DCON fail msg.

can anyone help me tshoot
