Deployment of Cisco SD-WAN Controllers (i.e. vManage/vSmart/vBond) 'On-Prem' is NOT SUPPORTED on Microsoft Hyper-V. Only VMware ESXi and KVM are supported hypervisor platform.

There are currently images on cisco.com under 'Download' page marked for Hyper-V and Azure by mistake and will be removed soon to avoid any confusion.
