Hi vManager, vsmart and vbond can ping each other. Certificate is created and installed at vbond and vsamrt without any error message. but command show control connection in vbond and vsmart show nothing. the below is its page at controller certificate. Anyone can provide some suggestions? Thank you!

Hi,
if control connection output shows no output, it means either you didn't enable control connectivity (i.e something is missing in tunnel or system configuration) OR you have some issue (device tries to connect, but rejected somehow)..
Begin with "show control local-properties" to see whether interface is UP or not. If not, check for system-ip, side-id, tunnel configuration on interface and for organization-name/ certificate.
If it is UP, then check for the issue with "show control connection-history" to see what error codes appear.
Note that, in vBond respective commands are: "show orchestrator local-properties" and "show orchestrator connnection-history".

Hi, Kanan
I face kinda weird situation, my vbond somehow lost connection with vsmart and vmanage but there is and I found nothing in the history. I can make sure that the dtls is working because it still has connections to some of the vedges. is there anything else to check other than what you mentioned? Thanks

Hi,
normally, you should not have connection to vedge but permanent session from vbond to vsmart/vmanage.
Provided information is generic, please create new topic with details and lets discuss over there.
