hard question, real numbers strictly depend on how many devices you buy, you many devices you plan for next years to buy, discount by vendor/distributor for partner, which functions will you enable (which come as add-on and cost smth) etc. etc.
But if you want to simple compare the similar routers from different vendors, I think you may check over google, maybe somebody shared.
However, for production and for real projects, you should select several SD-WAN vendors you would like to see in your network and provide list of requirements. Partner company should come back with GPL/discounted prices.
Note: some vendors allows to see GPL prices, but there are much more and will not give accurate information
