vManage API TLOC Utilization values

Hi,
the SD-WAN vManage API (version 20.3) provides values for the average utilization of the edge TLOCs, e.g.
dataservice/device/tlocutil/detail?util=10mbps100mbps
Can anybody tell us how to interpret the "average" value? It probably is in "Mbps", but over which time interval is it calculated? And is it the sum of Tx and Rx or the sum divided by two?

It's the interface usage (both rx and tx) of all WAN interfaces in VPN 0. In Mbps, over the last 24 hours.
