VTY access list debugging

Dears,

I want to ask how i can debug VTY access-list ? Because SNMP ping is not working from NMS system to cisco isr sdwan router.... just want to see if NMS ping response is there while NMS request for access and NMS ip is already there in VTY list?? Thanks
