WOL AND ARP BINDING - DPC 3928s

Hi everyone,

I have a Cisco DPC 3928s router and I’m trying to configure wake on lan. Is it possible?
I see that this router has an ARP list but I can’t find a way to IP and Mac ARP binding.

Could someone help me?

I tried to access this router via telnet, but it seems that is blocked.
